Jurnal Perspektif pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2013. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis kritis mengenai penelitian di Bidang Ilmu Sistem Informasi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi. Jurnal Perspektif menerbitkan 2 (dua) jurnal dalam setiap tahunnya, yaitu terbit di bulan Maret dan September.

<![CDATA[Currently buyers already clever in choosing a product to be bought. Prospective buyers have a wide range of alternative options of similar products. For new products and has not been known to the public requires promotion in order to be better known. One of the promotional activities that can be done is the promotion of personal selling. With this promotion potential buyers can directly face to face with the marketing power of a product, so that prospective buyers can also learn more about the details of the product to be bought as well as the benefits and advantages of the products chosen. The purpose of this study was to determine the personal selling promotional activities in encouraging consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. With the marketing power of personal selling promotional activities, the sales force can influence buying behavior and ultimately making purchasing decisions. The method used by the researchers is that the secondary data through literature and through the property sales activity of homes in Greater Jakarta in 2014. In 2014 the house in jabodtabek property sales tend to decline so developers do personal selling activities more intensively. One of them is holding an exhibition at the Mall property by placing a powerful sales force. With the sales force conducting a reliable personal selling so as to influence the behavior of consumers in making purchasing decisions. Thus very likely they will be to buy back in the future because it was already familiar with the products offered so as to increase sales in the next year. Bumi Jaya is one company that is engaged in the manufacture and sale of furniture. The program is to be taken about the design of the website selling the PK. Bumi Jaya. Where this program is designed to simplify the booking and purchase of furniture for the consumer. The author makes writing material obtained from interviews with the PK. Bumi Jaya, observation and library reference books related to ordering and buying from the internet. <![CDATA[For many companies, the sources and uses of working capital is an important thing because in addition to meet the working capital operating companies can also be used for investment . There are many sources of working capital such as net income, the sale of non-current assets, sale of shares / bonds, borrowing funds from banks and credit from suppliers. The benefits of working capital, among others, allows the company to pay all obligations on time, allowing it to have a supply of goods in an amount sufficient to serve the consumer and allows the company to operate more effectively because there is no difficulty to obtain goods or services required . <![CDATA[The development of human resources through education and training is basically a member of the organization in the capacity building work, means of achievement of each employee assessed and measured according to the criteria predefined by the organization. Education and training in government institutions aim to increase the knowledge, expertise, skills and attitudes to be able to carry out the duties of office are prefesional with based on personality and employee ethics. Methods of data collection in this study is the observation and study of literature with qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results, the implementation of education and training is good enough. Employees who have the education or training to become more skilled in carrying out its work. Education and training is an effort to develop human resources primarily for professional development related to the capabilities and skills of the civil servants. Still many companies are engaged in a trade or service companies that have not implemented information technology systems and well. This is due to the still high cost of ERP implementation, complexity in the implementation of ERP, and complexity in the ERP maintenance, as well as other problems. <![CDATA[Technological developments are encouraging everyone to work more effectively and efficiently as well as in generating financial reports. As we know together with the financial statements of one of the tools used by the company in assessing the success or decline of financial activities performed during a certain period and will result in a fatal impact given wrong/incorrect. By using the calculation manually accounting process that must be traversed into very long in accordance with the accounting cycle i.e. from transaction documents that exist to make a journal and then the book of the balance of the existing big dibuku the final produced a balance sheet balances continued by journal of adjustments and balance columns of newly acquired financial reports for it required a system of accounting information in this regard zahir to shorten the process to be undertaken in producing the financial statements i.e. insert existing transactions in the journal module available by zahir and the system will process the direct dperoleh of the results (financial report) as desired. The methods used in the writing of this literature is the study and conclusions. Whereas the results obtained was using accounting information systems (zahir) can shorten the time of the making of the financial statements. Because the process is a system that is far from tired properties then the accuracy of the resulting financial statement results be better compared to the accounting manual and for system operators need not have to be skilled in the accounting cycle but by understanding each module provided by the system then the desired financial reports can be generated.
